Return Window
Items may be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
Return Conditions
- Items must be in resellable condition, including all original packaging, parts, and documentation.
- Returned items that are damaged, used, or not in resellable condition may be refused or subject to additional fees.
Return Authorization (RGA)
- All returns require a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number.

- Returns sent without an RGA will not be accepted.
Restocking Fee
- All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee, which will be deducted from the refund amount.
Shipping Costs
- All shipping costs (original and return) are the responsibility of the customer.
- We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service, as we are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
Refunds
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the returned item has been received and inspected.
- Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to appear on your statement after processing.
Exchanges
- We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you need a different item, please place a new order and request a return for the original item.
